Bayview Hotel Langkawi

Super friendly and helpful staff. Everybody are all smiles and eager to help you with anyhting. Special thanks to one distinguished gentleman, whose name I do not recall I'm afraid. This epithet of a man helped me with a jellyfish sting. I was a bit worried since I had to visit a local hospital in the evening, with hotel check out and flights awaiting the next morning. The helpful staff member told me not to worry about anything, and insisted I go take care of the jellyfish sting as he would sort things out and reassured my worried girlfriend there was nothing to worry about. This was an excellent showcasing of not only Malaysian kindness, but being an outstanding human being as well. I for sure will take example of this man and the way he carried himself, hoping to be more like him someday.

✔️ Ample & Free Parking – A big plus, especially for those renting a car or driving around the island. ✔️ Excellent Location – Right in Kuah town, conveniently adjacent to the commercial district Pandak Mayah, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and amenities. ✔️ Friendly & Helpful Staff – The service was warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. ✔️ Comfortable Superior Room – The room was new, clean, and thoughtfully designed with ample charging stations, which is always a plus! ✔️ Free WiFi – A necessity these days, and it worked well throughout the stay. ✔️ Superb View – Whether it's the sea or city, the views from the room were definitely a highlight.

Breakfast good enough. Location okay - can get grab car fast. Staff nice. Coffee house staff and Kitchen Chef helpful - they made me a fresh plate of fried beehoon when the first one didnt suit my taste - I dont like sour taste. Luggage storage man very friendly and helpful. The sea view was fantastic! can see sunset on the sofa in the bedroom, no need to go on a sunset cruize. At night when the sea is no longer visible, the Maha Tower beautiful and soothing lighting takes over and makes your night time window view bright & interesting, instead of complete darkness when looking out the window.

The hotel was very nice. It was well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The room allocated was a good size, comfortable and clean (cleaned every day). The hotel had a good sized swimming pool and gym which I used both were good. There is a large soft play area for children. I used the hotel spa for a couple of treatments and both are very good and very reasonably priced. The food in the breakfast restaurant was sufficient in variety for me. I used the Chinese restaurant in the hotel one evening and the food served was very nice. The Hotel was able to organise a couple of trips for me to see the highlights of Langkawi. Both were very good and reasonably priced.
